COVID-19 update from The Smile Center

To Our Patients,

We understand and deeply respect that you may be concerned about Coronavirus in public places… even at our state-of-the-art sterilized office.

At The Smile Center, I want to assure you that our office has even further heightened our already rigid sterilization safeguards and office cleaning standards to minimize the possibility of transmission to our outstanding team…or to you, our valued patient. We have always far exceeded all standards for sterilization and patient care.

Our first priority is always the health and well-being of our patients. And that is a priority we take extremely seriously, even with the current disruptions we’re all experiencing.

Your dental health remains important to us as it plays such an important role in your overall health.

When you visit our office, you’ll see we’ve taken all the necessary steps to ensure you have the best patient experience possible. If you are experiencing any symptoms, please do not come to our office and call us to reschedule your appointment. We care for you and all our patients. If we see any symptoms in our patients or our team, we will reschedule the appointment on the spot and send that individual home.

It is just one more way that we can show our high level of care for you…and for everyone in our community. We very much look forward to seeing you, your family, and your friends very soon.

Sincerely,

Dr. John Miller
The Smile Center

Get a Straight, Beautiful Smile With Invisalign in Georgetown

Crooked teeth can be more than a cosmetic problem. They can lead to issues with your bite alignment, your oral function, and even your dental health. But that’s not always enough for many people to pursue orthodontic treatment because of the drawbacks of conventional metal braces. Fortunately, Invisalign in Georgetown, SC is a great alternative to straighten your smile!

Orthodontics: What is Invisalign? | The Smile Center

At The Smile Center, we offer Invisalign therapy to correct problems with your bite and position of your teeth so you can:

  • Avoid embarrassing metal braces
  • Get a beautiful smile faster
  • Boost your confidence
  • Brush and floss more easily
  • Improve your dental health

Find out if Invisalign is the right orthodontic solution for you! Call The Smile Center today at 843-492-5026 for a consultation with Dr. Miller.

Straighten Your Teeth the Simple Way

With conventional braces, brackets are bonded to your teeth and then connected by wires – wires that have to be tightened every few weeks to move your teeth into the right position. These routine appointments aren’t just a hassle; they can also leave your mouth aching for several days afterward.

Invisalign, on the other hand, can correct the position of your teeth using gentler pressure. It uses a series of smooth plastic aligners that feel much more comfortable against your inner cheeks and lips than jagged brackets and sharp wires, which can irritate and inflame the soft tissues in your mouth.

What adults love most about Invisalign braces, however, is that it’s a treatment option that doesn’t force them to alter their appearance or lifestyle. The aligners are nearly invisible, so you can look great and feel confident while wearing them. You can also take them out to eat, brush, and floss, making this innovative treatment an appealing alternative to traditional metal braces!

See Faster Results With Clear Aligners

Along with the other drawbacks of standard metal braces, you would also have to wait longer to get results. Because braces are usually reserved for more complicated bite problems, treatment can last up to two years or more.

With clear aligner therapy, you can get results in about 12 months. Some patients can finish treatment even sooner than that. Regardless, Invisalign orthodontics are a faster alternative to traditional braces, which means you can have the beautiful, straight smile you’ve always dreamed about in a fraction of the time!

Are you ready to finally love your smile? Then schedule an orthodontic consultation with Dr. Miller at The Smile Center. Call us today at 843-492-5026 or contact us online to set up an appointment for Invisalign in Georgetown. Ask us how you can save 15 percent on your treatment with our membership plan!
