I cannot say enough positive words to describe my experience at The Smile Center. First, Crystal at the reception desk, welcomes every one who enters the door with a big happy greeting. The hygienist is so professional and puts you at ease immediately. She is friendly and takes her time to ensure the x-rays are done clearly. She explains what she is doing and any concerns she sees with the x-rays. Dr. Miller is so very professional and puts my mind to rest. Needless to say I’m not the bravest patient to deal with but both made my visit enjoyable. Not many people would say going to the dentist is enjoyable but I for one enjoyed my dentist visit. Sandy who finished the paperwork was very helpful and even offered to follow up with my dental insurance provider. Crystal is an asset, along with everyone else. I will recommend everyone to go the see Dr Miller.
I recently moved to South Carolina and after only 1 week here, I broke my front tooth. Not knowing anyone to ask for a dentist referral, I googled to find a well rated dentist. I came upon Dr Miller at the Smile Center, and could not be happier with the great experience I have had there. After breaking my tooth, I called and spoke to Crystal, who was so kind and reassuring. She got me in that afternoon as an emergency. I got lost driving there, called Crystal, and she was so nice and directed me to the office. I’ve been to the office a few times after my initial visit, and everyone, from the front desk people to the dental assistants, and especially to Dr Miller, could not have been nicer. The office itself is beautiful, very well run, professional, and they offer both painless anesthetic injections (and they really are painless), as well as laughing gas. Dr Miller said the laughing gas makes you feel like you just don’t care about what was happening. I did use it for my root canal, and that’s exactly how you feel. So overall, I feel very lucky to have found this office. They were all so nice from the beginning when they gave me, who was brand new to them, an emergency appointment. The office and people there are top notch. Thank you Dr Miller!!
I needed to see a dentist for emergency situation. My friend had recommended Dr. John Miller at the Smile Center. I called and the receptionist, Crystal was so professional and customer driven in how she handled my crisis. She did everything in a timely manner. Dr. Miller was so kind to get me into his office today. I’ve never been so happy and satisfied with my experience dealing with the office team (Crystal) and most grateful to Dr. Miller. I have decided to switch to him for all my dental needs. Not only did Dr. Miller and his staff impressed me, Dr Miller has also made my wife want him to be her dentist. No one enjoys having to go to the dentist, myself included. Each time I have gone to The Smile Center to have anything more than cleaning my teeth done, I get anxious and nervous even though I know the staff and Dr Miller do everything possible to make the visit pain-free to me. The ladies are kind and attentive and Dr Miller explains what he is going to be doing and gets the job done in a quick manner. After everything is done I realize I was having those feelings for nothing. I have seen several friends and neighbors to The Smile Centervand assure them it will be painless for them…and it always is! The Smile Center will be my dental facility as long as I have teeth! Dr. Miller is one great Dentist. He truly cares about his customers. His staff is exceptional and very helpful. Had many Dentist along the way but none better than Dr. Miller.
My opinion has not changed. Still has friendly, competent staff. Facility well designed to ease the stress of going to the dentist. State of the art equipped. TV on the ceiling is a nice touch when you’re reclined in the chair. The best recommendation I can give is that I go there when I need additional dental “stuff” taken care of.

I have an extreme dentist phobia, I have been hurt very bad in the past by poor dental practices, not by these guys, I love them, they are careful, compassionate and very kind. I will never go anywhere else!
